New Membership

Necessary information regarding New Membership:

All firms, companies, businessmen who are engaged in doing Intending business to get Membership of Bangladesh Indenting Agents’ Association may collect Membership Application Form from the BIAA Website/Office by paying the amount of Tk. 100/= BDT  deposited to NCC Bank, Bijoynagar Branch, in favor of Bangladesh Indenting Agents’ Association (BIAA).

The following documents should be submitted with duly completed of the Membership Application Form.

  1. Copy of up to date Trade License of Indenting Business.
  2. Copy of up to date Income Tax certificate.
  3. Copy of Bank Solvency Certificate.
  4. Copy of National ID/Passport (Proprietor / Partners / Directors)
  5. Passport size colored photographs 2 copies.
  6. Copy of Memorandum & Articles of Association in case of Limited Company.
  7. Partnership Deed (In case of Partnership Firm).
  8. Copy of Passport / Work Permit in the case of Foreign Nationals.

There are two categories of Membership of BIAA namely (1) General and (2) Associate.
